Method of statement (MOS):

This is a construction document on which basis construction work shall be performed on site.

Inspection test plan (ITP):

This is procedure cover minimum requirements of inspection and testing related to work informs about the kinds of quality check (witness points, hold points and surveillance …) means quality of works is being done in proper sequences, it is important paper for QC engineers.

ITP consists of the following important sections;

❖ Inspection and test record

❖ Inspection and testing personal

❖ Measuring and test equipment

Quality Control Procedure (QCP )

This is procedure addresses the activities and requirement in details.

QCP is a procedure that complements the ITP, by providing information that cannot practically be included in the ITP, but is necessary in order to perform control inspection and test
