Quality is the way tasks are carried out to guarantee that construction is finished in accordance with plans and specifications, on schedule, with a limited amount of resources, and under secure working circumstances.

Some people may think that quality leads to delaying work in the construction phase, but in the absence of quality at this stage, production may be completely delayed in the operating phase, and this undoubtedly will lead to a greater financial loss.

The time difference between work of high quality and work of low quality may not be great, but in many cases, the total time in the absence of quality is greater, especially if the work is done in succession. For instance, if the cable tray is installed improperly, this will make it difficult to lay cables on them or may cause cables to jam on the cable tray, which would result in its collapse or interference with other installations, which will naturally lengthen the time required to reinstall the installations as intended.

Note that: Consider the possibility that a single, seemingly little factor, such as the choice of an inappropriate material for a screw or poor fixation of a cable tray's screw or a J.B.'s or panel cover's screw, could result in numerous issues at the same time (such as a storm or rain).
